The Role

Were looking for an energetic curious and ambitious Finance Business Partner who loves forecasting analysis and improving the way things work.

This is a permanent role in a growing and future focused Finance function. Youll report directly to our Data Insights & Finance Manager to deliver budgeting forecasting analysis insights and end-of-month reporting while also helping us lift systems workflows and automation across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

Budgeting & Forecasting - Lead the preparation and delivery of financial budgets and forecasts collaborating with teams across the organisation.

End-of-Month Reporting - Manage EOM processes ensuring accuracy completeness and insightful variance analysis.

Financial Analysis - Work with the Data Insights & Finance Manager to provide data-driven insights and recommendations.

Be a Proactive Organisational Advisor - Build strong relationships across the organisation anticipate needs early and support teams with accessible financial guidance and improved financial literacy.

About You

To be successful youll bring:

3 years experience in financial forecasting reporting and variance analysis.

A degree qualification in Accounting Finance or a related field (CPA/CA highly regarded).

Strong analytical skills and a keen eye for detail.

The ability to turn financial data into actionable insights.

Excellent communication skills you can collaborate with stakeholders across departments.

Advanced in Xero Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.

A proactive mindset you anticipate challenges and adapt to change easily.

A team-first attitude you enjoy working closely with others to achieve shared goals.
