DescriptionThe role:
- Relatioship Management:
- Ensure all GBM services and programs comply with local and international regulations.
- Act as the main point of contact between WTW and GBM clients for strategic subjects ensuring effective communication and prompt resolution of issues.
- Promote GBM client satisfaction through exceptional service and customized solutions.
- Client Retention:
- Implement retention strategies to ensure GBM clients remain satisfied and loyal.
- Conduct regular account reviews to identify improvement opportunities and proactively address any issues affecting client satisfaction.
- Develop and lead loyalty programs and engagement initiatives to reinforce retention.
- Portfolio Expansion to Other Countries:
- Identify opportunities to expand current services into other countries in LATAM
- Coordinate with GBM teams to ensure offered solutions are tailored to local needs and comply with global regulations.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to understand EH&B dynamics in different countries.
- Monitoring and Reporting:
- Track the performance of EH&B programs using relevant KPIs and metrics.
- Prepare regular reports for senior management on account status challenges and opportunities for improvement.
- Provide continuous feedback on client needs and trends to support the development of new products and services.
- Project Management and Implementation:
- Manage the implementation of new benefits programs ensuring they are delivered on time.
- Provide continuous feedback on client needs and trends to support the development of new products and services.
QualificationsThe requirements:
- Previous experience with Global Benefits;
- Fluency in English;
- Strong Communication leadership & negotiation skills;
- Sensitivity to cultural differences and the ability to work effectively in diverse environments;
- Spanish is a plus;
- The position is open to our Latin American offices so if you are based in any of the LatAm countries where we have offices and you have the required profile you can apply and participate in the process.
