SCHEDULE:This 12-week program offers a full-time Monday-Friday schedule8am-5pm CTlocated at one of our campuses in Maryland Heights MO or Weldon Springs MO. This program willstart on May 18th 2026 and run through August 7th 2026.
PAY:This positionoffers$20/hr.
PROGRAM DETAILS:This 12-week summer internship is targeting current rising Seniors at colleges/universities. After the internship has ended you will have the ability to work during your Senior year (if desired; offer extended based on performance). The end goal of this internship program is to start in a position with Enterprise Mobility as a CX TechnologyAnalystupon completion ofgraduation(offer extended based on performance).
Responsibilities
- Assistin gathering requirements and support installation testing and maintenance of cloud communication software.
- Helpmonitorsystem performance and learn best practices for privacy and security in communication networks.
- Collaborate with team members to understand contact center operations andcloud-basedtechnologies.
- Participate in troubleshooting activities and shadowCXTechnology Engineersand Analyststo learn resolution processes.
- Support documentation of technical issues solutions and system changes.
- Contribute to research on business continuity and disaster recovery plans andassistwith annual testing.
- Analyze system usage reports with guidance toidentifypotential cost-saving opportunities.
- Stay informed aboutCX Technologytrends and share insights with the team.

Qualifications
- Must becurrently enrolled in a Bachelors degree program (Management Information Systems Computer Science or related field)and graduating in December 2026 or May 2027
- Mustpermanentlyresidein the state of Missouri and St. Louis or the immediate surrounding area
- Must be willing to workoutof our Weldon Spring officeor Maryland Heights offices
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Mustbe authorized towork in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
- Must be able to work40 hoursa week Monday-Friday for the duration of the internship
- Must be willing to accept $20/hr
