The Opportunity
Our internal Platform teams mission is to unlock the full potential of our product engineering organization by providing an internal developer platform that increases autonomy and amplifies productivityeliminating friction while ensuring security compliance and resiliency at scale.
Were hiring a Staff Engineer to join our dynamic and talented platform team to help build the internal developer ecosystem powering Grows next-generation mental healthcare platform. Youll join a mission-driven team where engineering decisions have broad organizational impact and directly support Grows goal of making affordable mental health care more accessible across the U.S.
As a platform engineer youll tackle complex challenges spanning AWS cloud infrastructure Kubernetes (EKS) operations CI/CD pipelines and the tooling automations and workflows that drive Grows engineering velocity.
As a staff-level engineer youll lead large-scale initiatives that cross organizational boundaries balancing autonomy with accountability for outcomes. Youll own key areas of our platform roadmap and partner closely with product engineering to deliver capabilities that improve development speed reliability and scalability.

This role can behybrid(onsite from our NYC San Francisco or Seattle hub locationthree days per week: Tuesday Wednesday Thursday) orfully remote.Both arrangements include travel23 times per year(e.g. company and department offsites).
The base compensation for this role will vary depending on several factors including relevant experience qualifications and the candidates working location.
