As the OT in this role you will conduct comprehensive evaluations synthesize findings and build individualized treatment plans that emphasize independence in daily living functional mobility and participation in meaningful life roles. Core responsibilities include implementing evidencebased interventions to improve fine motor skills dexterity sensory processing cognitiveperceptual skills hand therapy when applicable and adaptations to ADLs and IADLs. Youll perform home safety assessments recommend adaptive equipment and train caregivers to maintain progress outside clinical settings. Documentation progress reporting and collaboration with physicians educators and other therapists are essential components of your daily workflow. Youll champion clientcentered goals measure outcomes and adjust plans to reflect evolving needs. The role also offers pathways for professional growthaccess to advanced certifications mentorship from experienced OT leaders and exposure to pediatric adult or geriatric populations depending on site needs.
