Digital Asset Product Team Overview

Our team drives innovation in digital assets and blockchain integration across product structures operational processes and market infrastructure. Acting as a global hub of expertise we identify opportunities to improve efficiency and expand distribution capabilities. This internship offers hands-on experience in a transformative area of product innovation and exposure to seasoned professionals across digital assets and broader investment disciplines.

What youll do

• Presentation & Documentation Support: Prepare presentations meeting notes and product documentation to assist the digital assets product team.

• Idea Contribution: Share insights and suggestions during team meetings to enhance product offerings and improve processes.

• Competitor Benchmarking: Assist with data collection validation and analysis to evaluate competitor strategies and positioning.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with technology compliance legal and marketing teams to understand the practical implications of product development and delivery.

• Project Variety: Contribute to ad hoc projects and support digital asset product initiatives and launches.

Minimum Qualifications

• Currentlyenrolled in a bachelors degree program andbea rising Juniorgraduatingby the summer of 2027

• We welcome diverse academic backgrounds with preference for:

  • Technology: Computer Science Information Technology Distributed Ledger Technology (DLT) AI/Data Science

  • Business: Finance Economics

• MinimumGPA of 3.2 on a 4.0 scale

• Strong interest in digital assets blockchain technology and financial markets

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities

• Proficiency in Excel (e.g. pivot tables advanced functions) and PowerPoint

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

• Strong organizational abilities leadership qualities and interpersonal skills

• Ability to thrive in a small dynamic team environment

• Highly self-motivated proactive and goal-oriented

• Mustbe able to work in one of Invescos offices where the program is available

Preferred Qualifications

• Interest in digital assets and blockchain technology; practical experience is a plus

• Basic knowledge of mutual fund operations and capital markets

• Familiarity with programming languages such as R Python or VBA is a plus

• Experience with data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau

• Understanding of AI applications (e.g. chatbots predictive analytics)

Compensation for this position is $35/hour.
