Job Summary

About The Role

We are currently looking for an Account Manager to successfully cooperate with our key clients. The Key Account Manager will manage the account build strong relationships with the client identify challenges or opportunities and find ways to assist with these challenges. Will grow revenue by leveraging the full IQVIA offerings and identifying new business opportunities.

Key accountabilities:

  • Understands the key priorities of the client to achieve or exceed the assigned revenue and growth goals in assigned account(s).
  • Based on long term relationship with client acts as advisor on marketing market research sales management industry issues trends and IQVIA product consulting and service capabilities.
  • Anticipates clients needs and in collaboration with IQVIA marketing sales specialists consulting and client service develops and presents proposed solutions to clients complex business issues.
  • Identifies and leads the pursuit of the targeted new business and contract expansion opportunities
  • Constantly monitors client satisfaction with contracted deliverables and works with other teams to achieve and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Proactively works with global and regional account management in the pursuit of multi-country opportunities.

Skills Education and Experience Required:

  • Min. 2 years commercial experience in sales roles (account management and/or business development) gained in consulting / market research or market access within healthcare industry
  • Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical industry
  • OTC / CHC knowledge will be nice to have
  • Fluent English and French (written and spoken)
  • Strong commitment to achieve and exceed assigned goals
  • Motivated and able to demonstrate initiative
  • Excellent negotiation and consulting selling skills
  • Proven expertise in account planning and accurate sales forecasting
  • Proven execution ability under tight deadlines and pressure
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Other key personal attributes include creative and solution-oriented mindset self-motivation energy and resilience
  • An attitude to working collaboratively and effectively with others in and across the team to accomplish goals
