Ready for a challenge Were looking for a forward-thinking Head of Employment Law to help us shape the future of Glovo. This is a pivotal role where youll lead the advice to our core business impacting how we engage empower and protect our Rider community. Youll navigate some of the most complex litigations while forging a new operating model that sets new standards in the gig economy. This role is where deep legal expertise meets creative problem-solving to help redefine what fair flexible and sustainable work looks like in the gig economy.
Lead the team of specialised employment lawyers who are redefining Glovos operating model in Spain and oversee our HR operations in Yellow business operations and product with effective and out of the box advice.
You are a Spanish qualified employment lawyer with strong litigation experience and 10 PQE ideally combining experience in a reputable law firm and advising tech companies.
