Responsibilities
As a Junior Systems Engineer youll support the design integration and evaluation of complex systems that power the National System for Geospatial-Intelligence (NSG) Allied System for Geospatial-Intelligence (ASG) and partner Federal Agencies. Working alongside experienced engineers and government stakeholders youll help ensure the timely delivery of accurate and reliable GEOINT capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
Support mid-level engineers and government teams in requirements engineering solutions design integration testing and system analysis.
Assist in the planning traceability and analysis of user and system requirements ensuring alignment with mission needs and technical architectures.
Contribute to the development of solutions and designs based on emerging technologies and system requirements.
Help translate mission and customer needs into system and capability requirements.
Support the allocation of requirements to system architecture components and programs.
Participate in systems integration and evaluation activities across NSG and ASG environments.
Assist with Analysis of Alternatives (AoA) Trade Studies Course of Action (CoA) development and Engineering Assessments.
Contribute to strategic technical planning project management performance engineering risk management and interface design activities.

Target Salary Range
$66000 - $106000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position the individuals experience education knowledge skills and competencies as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position employees may be eligible for overtime shift differential and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
