Join a fast-growing AI talent platform as a Founding Operator taking hands-on ownership across critical functions like GTM product hiring and operations. Initially youll drive the post-sale customer experience for an innovative AI recruiter product. What you will do:

Drive initiatives across GTM product hiring and operations adapting to evolving company needs.
Own the post-sale customer experience for an AI talent acquisition product combining various functions.
Diagnose complex problems build manual v1 solutions and then automate and scale processes.

The ideal candidate:

A high-agency full-stack problem solver with first-principles thinking and execution grit.
