Key Responsibilities:
- Conceptualize and Design:
Develop creative concepts and translate them into visually appealing designs including but not limited to logos marketing collateral social media graphics website layouts and presentations. - Collaborate: Work closely with the marketing team clients and other stakeholders to understand project requirements objectives and target audience. Collaborate effectively to ensure design solutions meet project goals and brand guidelines.
- Execute Design Projects: Take ownership of design projects from concept to completion ensuring high-quality deliverables within specified timelines. Manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities as needed.
- Brand Identity: Maintain and enhance brand identity across all design projects. Ensure consistency in visual elements typography and color schemes to reinforce brand recognition and identity.
- Stay Updated: Keep abreast of industry trends design techniques and software updates to continuously improve skills and stay current with best practices in graphic design.
- Feedback and Iteration: Solicit feedback from stakeholders and incorporate revisions to refine designs and achieve desired outcomes. Iterate on designs based on feedback while maintaining project timelines.
- File Management: Organize and maintain design files and assets to facilitate easy access and collaboration. Ensure files are properly archived for future reference and retrieval.
- Prepare print-ready artwork: including color management bleed setup die-lines and ensuring files meet all press and material specifications (CMYK Pantone resolution formats).
Requirements
Bachelors degree in Graphic Design or related field.
Proven experience as a graphic designer or similar role with a strong portfolio showcasing design skills and creative projects.
Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop Illustrator InDesign).
Solid understanding of design principles typography color theory and layout techniques.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines.
Flexibility to adapt to evolving project requirements and priorities
