Responsibilities
- Handle incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries professionally
- Provide information about our staffing services and job opportunities
- Assist candidates with application processes and scheduling interviews
- Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions
- Collaborate with team members to achieve recruitment goals
- Follow up with clients and candidates to ensure satisfaction
- Identify and escalate issues as necessary
- Contribute to a positive team environment through effective communication
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in a related field is a plus
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
