Requirements
A minimum 2:1 degree from a British university in English or a closely related subject
A PGCE or recognised equivalent teaching qualification
Recent teaching experience in the UK
Experience in the independent sector or within an international school environment
Native level English proficiency
High expectations of behaviour and learning
Strong classroom management and ability to inspire students
Confident use of ICT to support teaching and learning
Collaborative approach to planning and resource development
Good organisation and ability to work to deadlines
