Job Summary

Managing People:
  • Understand and adhere to the Companys values/Policies and ensure all subordinates fully comply with values regulations policies Code of Conduct terms and conditions announced from the HR Department.
  • Has a crucial/significant role in the Onboarding Program for the department newcomers by orientating them about the Internal Policies/Company Environment and how to communicate both internally and externally and give them the required support whenever needed.
  • Set targets/performance plans and objective standards for subordinates meet with them one-on-one weekly to review performance progress and targets or whenever needed.
  • Deliver deep formal performance reviews/feedback for individual from the team member Semi-annually and annually.
Financial Operations & Reporting:
  • Manage month-end quarter-end and year-end closing processes ensuring all financial data is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Prepare and review key financial statements including balance sheets income statements and cash flow statements.
  • Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable processes ensuring timely payments and collections.
  • Conduct financial analysis to identify trends variances and opportunities for improvement.
Budgeting & Forecasting:
  • Assist the Finance Manager in developing annual budgets and financial forecasts.
  • Monitor departmental spending and provide regular reports to management highlighting any deviations from the budget.
  • Analyze market trends and financial data to support strategic business decisions.
Compliance & Internal Control:
  • Ensure all financial transactions comply with local regulations and internal company policies.
  • Coordinate with external auditors and internal teams to facilitate a smooth auditing process.
  • Implement and maintain strong internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure data accuracy.
Information Security Responsibilities:
  • Understand and comply with the organizations information security policies procedures and controls relevant to role.
  • Implement security measures and controls to protect organizational information assets.
  • Report any security incidents threats or vulnerabilities promptly to the designated security personnel.
  • Participate in security awareness and training programs to stay informed about current security practices.
  • Ensure the confidentiality integrity and availability of information within the scope of work.
  • Support and promote a security-conscious culture within team and the organization.


Requirements

  • Education: Bachelors degree.
  • Experience: 6-8 in Finance and 2 years as a manager.
  • Odoo user is highly preferable.
  • Age: up to 42 years.
  • Preferred previous commerce any relevant industry.
