Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Functional Consultant to support optimize and enhance the companys ERP environment.
The ideal candidate will work closely with business and technical teams to improve system processes while supporting system configuration integrations and end-user support.
This role is ideal for candidates with strong functional expertise in Dynamics 365 F&O with preference for those who also have exposure to technical or development aspects.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and support the companys Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations ERP system.
Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional and system solutions.
Collaborate with development teams to implement system customizations and integrations when required.
Participate in system upgrades testing (UAT) and deployment activities.
Work closely with internal stakeholders to enhance ERP processes and operational efficiency.
Provide user training and maintain system documentation when necessary.
Requirements
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Systems or a related field.
46 years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations as a Functional or Techno-Functional Consultant.
Experience in ERP implementation configuration and business process analysis.
Experience in Retail Warehousing or Distribution environments is required.
Strong analytical troubleshooting and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively with both technical teams and business stakeholders.
