Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in person and over the phone with professionalism and care
- Schedule appointments and coordinate with service and body shop teams
- Provide updates on vehicle service status and answer customer inquiries
- Navigate and utilize multiple software programs to support daily operations
- Ensure every customer leaves with a positive experience
Requirements:
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Experience in automotive service or body shop preferred
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment
- Comfortable using multiple software systems
- Team player with a positive attitude
