Job Summary
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Assist in all areas of support for loan department
- Titles: White slip processing securing title for collateral completing necessary paperwork assure proper documentation scanning of documents etc.
- Total Loss: Work total loss process in a timely and efficient manner
- Balancing and/or validation-verification of various reports in a timely manner including: GAP Loan Metrics by Officer/Processor Incentives GAP Lenders Protection and any other reports assigned
- Assisting phone center and other credit union team members to assure high level of member satisfaction and a smooth operation of the loan servicing process
Qualifications and Required Skills:
- Previous experience in title examination loan servicing or a related field is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and a history of accuracy in work product.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on member service.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
