The Operations Business Line is seeking a specialist Contract Analyst responsible for the oversight of our contract review/ management process with Third Party Vendors.

You will be part of a collaborative and friendly team with a US reporting line.

This is an exciting opportunity as the team is now establishing their presence in the Warsaw office to enable them to work closely with our operations business line and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partnering with Business Lines and Third-Party Vendors to facilitate the contract review process through various Bank stakeholders including but not limited to: Risk Finance Legal and Procurement.

  • Assisting in the review and response to contract redlines managing negotiations and analyzing contractual documentation for issue remediation.

  • Ensuring all contracts are reposited accurately as well as reviewed annually within the Bank contracting system.

  • Knowledge of JD is preferred for this role.

The opportunity would suit someone with a legal background and 5 years of working in a contract specialist role.

The role requires the successful applicant to work Monday to Friday between 2 PM to 10 PM and 3 PM to 11 PM - so please bear this in mind when applying to the role.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience

  • Five to seven years of experience in an applicable risk management / contract focussed environment

  • Applicable professional certifications e.g. JD or MBA

Preferred Skills/Experience

  • Self-driven with a high attention to detail

  • Strong relationship management analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Strong time management negotiation and strategic planning skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • JD/legal experience

  • Third party risk management experience

  • Financial services audit and regulatory background

  • Experience in Archer eGRC Agiloft and MS Office Suite

  • Excellent command of the English Language both written and spoken

  • Ability to work Monday to Friday between 2 PM to 10 PM and 3 PM to 11 PM on days in the office 11am - 7pm.

  • The role offers a hybrid schedule which means theres an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week and the flexibility to work outside the office location for the other days.

  • Due to the late finishing time of the role we can adopt some flexibility for the successful person to finish the working day from home if this was to be a challenge.
