DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES/職務と責任

①より広範な領域機能で購買サポートを提供する

②購買申請者ベンダーサプライヤーと連携し納品請求が正確かつタイムリーであることを確認し請求不一致がないようにする

③注文品の受領を調整追跡し破損交換品を強調し在庫数を確認し出荷状況を追跡する

④注文出荷受領の不一致解決を補助する

⑤ベンダーアイテムリクエストマスターファイルを管理する

⑥監査コンプライアンス目的で購買書類を維持する

⑦社内顧客や外部ベンダーと連携しデータ収集質問対応書類の正確性確認を行う
