We are currently hiring for cases in Northern Westchester and Putnam. Our clients live in towns such as Yorktown Heights Croton Briarcliff Manor Ossining Peekskill Cortlandt Manor Somer Carmel and Brewster.

Whether you have daytime availability evenings or weekendswe have shifts to fit your schedule!

Shift Availability:

• All days and times with an urgent need for daytime coverage (weekdays and weekends).

Qualifications:

• At least6 monthsof professional elderly caregiving experience.
• PCA or HHA certification in NY stateis a big plus!
• CNA or DSP also welcome to apply.
• Avalid drivers licenseand insured automobile.
• High level ofreliability punctuality and professionalism.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities:

• Offercompanionshipand emotional support to our clients.
• Transport and accompanyclients to appointments as needed.
• Assist withADLs(Activities of Daily Living) such as transfers bathing feeding dressing and toileting.
• Assist withmeal planninggrocery shopping and meal preparation.
• Lighthousekeeping and laundryduties.
• Providemedication remindersand ensure proper medication adherence.
• Collaborate with clientscare teamsto provide updates on health and changes in condition.
