Qualifications:

• Experienced caregiver with a strong background working in flex/agency assignments and facility-based settings including assisted living nursing homes and private care is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to adapt quickly to different care environments client needs and care plans
• Skilled in providing personal care companionship mobility assistance and support with daily living activities
• Knowledgeable in safety practices infection control and resident dignity and confidentiality
• Reliable punctual and able to work independently or as part of a multidisciplinary care team
• Valid drivers license reliable personal vehicle and current auto insurance for transportation to clients and facilities
• Excellent communication skills and a compassionate patient-centered approach to care
• With a negative Tuberculosis Test

Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with personal care (bathing grooming dressing)
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Prepare meals and light housekeeping
• Accompany clients to appointments
• Monitor well-being and communicate updates
• Document care provided
