DescriptionJob Description:
We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on knowledge of Oracle HCM Security along with experience in OTBI (Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence) BIP (Business Intelligence Publisher) reports and access management. Candidates with a strong understanding of FDI (Fusion Data Integration) security and basic functional knowledge in Core HR Talent Acquisition (TA) Talent Management (TM) and Compensation (Comp) modules will have an added advantage.
ResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities:
- Implement configure and maintain Oracle HCM solutions access setups to meet business needs.
- Develop and manage OTBI and BIP reports to provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Ensure proper access management and security protocols are followed within the Oracle HCM environment.
- Collaborate with HR and IT teams to integrate and secure FDI processes.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to Oracle HCM applications focussing in Access management.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and Oracle updates to ensure best practices are followed.
- Knowledge in Oracle HCM advanced controls
QualificationsQualifications:
- Proven hands-on experience with Oracle HCM.
- Strong knowledge of OTBI BIP reports and access management.
- Experience with FDI security implementations.
- Basic functional knowledge of Core HR TA TM and Compensation modules.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset.
- Strong communication skills to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Relevant certifications in Oracle HCM or related fields 4-8 years of overall experience
