- Training Academy:Ensure your named partners are utilizing our online training tools and manage your users in the system.
- Partner Onboarding: Streamline the onboarding process for new and current partners ensuring a smooth transition and integration.
- Teamwork: Work closely with other 7SIGNAL team members and bridge the efforts of cross-functional departments (Segment Sales Territory Parts Account Managers Sales Operations Channel Marketing Finance Logistics and Customer Service).
- Reporting: Regularly report on partner achievements and assigned metrics.
- QBRs: Conduct quarterly and ad-hoc partner business reviews to ensure aligned with objectives.
- Constant Improvement: Make recommendations regarding channel partner program tools incentives and go-to-market messaging.
Qualifications:- Experience: At least 5 years of experience in channel sales within B2B SaaS or Networking is required.
- Communication Excellence: Superb verbal and written communication skills.
- Relationship Building: Proven ability to develop and maintain positive productive work relationships with various stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelors degree required.
