Job Summary
The PeopleSoft Human Capital Management Functional Architect or Lead should
- Possess extensive expertise in PeopleSoft Human Capital Management modules and associated business processes.
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of business processes with the ability to guide clients throughout the entire systems development lifecycle.
- Have a proven track record in implementing upgrading and providing support for PeopleSoft Human Capital Management.
- Have strong knowledge of integrating PeopleSoft Human Capital Management modules with different applications.
- Be highly experienced in all project phases including fit/gap analysis configuration and testing.
Responsibilities
- Lead the upgrade / optimization of the PeopleSoft system ensuring it aligns with client business needs and regulatory standards.
- Facilitate functional design sessions gather requirements and translate business needs into efficient PeopleSoft solutions.
- Engage in system upgrades patches and enhancements ensuring minimal operational disruption.
- Accountable for designing and implementing impactful solutions using PeopleSoft functional expertise.
- Collaborate with SMEs stakeholders and developers to design develop implement and support complex business solutions.
- Partner with client stakeholders to create solutions addressing their business challenges.
- Constantly explore opportunities to enhance the process of delivering solutions to clients.
