We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Presales Enablement Specialist to join WalkMes Demo Engineering Team. This role is ideal for a junior professional who is passionate about content and video creation enablement and technology-driven storytelling. You will play a key role in supporting the presales organization by developing and maintaining enablement materials coordinating demo-related projects and ensuring the quality and consistency of demo assets across global teams.

What youll own

    • Manage Enablement Content: Maintain and organize enablement resources in internal knowledge bases (e.g. Confluence) ensuring materials are current accessible and aligned with presales team needs.
    • Demo Video Project Management: Oversee the creation of demo videoscoordinating scripts assets timelines and delivery across multiple stakeholders.
    • Demo Build Support: Assist in the creation and enhancement of click-through demos that showcase WalkMes capabilities and customer use cases.
    • Enablement Content Development: Collaborate with the presales enablement manager and demo engineering team to produce guides tutorials and training assets that drive product knowledge and demo effectiveness.
    • Demo Maintenance Assistance: Support the Demo Engineering team in maintaining demo environments and ensuring all assets remain accurate and up to date.

What youll need to succeed

    • Video Editing & Creation: Proficient in using video creation and editing tools; ability to transform scripts and raw footage into engaging professional
    • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills; capable of collaborating with cross-functional and global teams. content.
    • Project Management: Strong organizational and project coordination abilities; comfortable managing multiple priorities sim
    • Knowledge of Tools: Familiarity with Confluence or similar knowledge management systems. Experience with demo and enablement tools such as Arcade Synthesia Saleo Demostack and Mindtickle is a plus.
    • Collaboration: Proven ability to work effectively across regions and time zones.
    • Mindset: Self-starter with a learning attitude; eager to grow within a dynamic innovative team environment.

Preferred Qualifications

    • 2 - 5 years of experience in enablement presales marketing or related roles.
    • Background in technology SaaS or digital adoption industries a plus.
    • Creative flair with a keen eye for visual presentation and storytelling.
$70000 - $90000 a year
Our job titles may span more than one career level. The starting OTE for this role is between $70000 and $90000. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors such as: training transferable skills work experience business needs and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role may also be eligible for bonus and benefits as part of our competitive total rewards package.
