What will you do at Axis as a Comp & Ben generalist

Being part of our HR team means you will work with Axis HR and C&B teams. You will work closely with a team of four colleagues that deliver and develop our ways of working within the Compensation & Benefits area in Sweden.

You and your team will among others work with:

• Strategy & Policies; Develop strategies and policies in collaboration with the organisation and Group C&B teams
• Pay structure; Together with the Group C&B teams drive the further development of our job structure
• Salary; Manage the annual salary review process for Sweden conduct the yearly pay equity survey and support the organization with the continuous salary strategic work
• Benefits; develop and maintain our fantastic benefit package in Sweden
• Pension & Insurance; Take responsibility for our pension & insurance policies. Conduct studies investigations and come up with recommendations within the area. Be knowledgeable and interested in pension and insurance
• Tools; Together with the Group C&B teams continue the development of system support tools develop our processes and workflow in Workday
• Preparing statistics/presentations
• Manage relationships with external partners.
• Support the organization within the field of Compensation & Benefits
• Other projects within the field of work
• Participate in cross-functional projects as required

Furthermore you are a good communicator and gain respect and trust in the organization through your listening skills. Successful characteristics would be optimistic and lack a prestige personality with a strong ethical compass.

Wed love to hear that you have:

You have a university level degree in Human Resource Management Business Administration or similar. You are motivated by leading and developing people. You have deep interest within the area of Compensation & Benefits. Good verbal and written skills in English. Your skills in Excel and PowerPoint are good.
