Our client is a respected Main Contractor delivering complex Education Commercial Healthcare and Industrial projects throughout Ireland. Responsibilities

Oversee daily site operations sequencing and logistics
Manage subcontractors and drive consistent site productivity
Maintain strict Health & Safety standards in line with ISO systems
Ensure quality control and compliance with project specifications
Monitor progress against programme and report to Project Manager
Manage materials deliveries and site documentation

Requirements

4 years experience as Site Manager with a Main Contractor
Strong understanding of building regulations & construction methods
Proven leadership and subcontractor management skills
Strong focus on safety and quality delivery
Track record of delivering projects to programme targets
