Playtech Managed Services is looking for a responsible Junior Risk Desk Manager to join our team at Playtechs new Brazilian Playtech Managed (PTMS) Services in São Paulo SP. If you have strong decision-making and strategic thinking skills we want to hear from you!
Your influential mission. You will...
- Assist in monitoring and handling risk management cases across fraud prevention AML KYC and payments.
- Review and process routine chargeback cases account verifications and fund recovery requests.
- Support senior team members in investigating suspicious activities and escalating complex cases when needed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (compliance legal customer support) to ensure accurate information flow and timely resolution of risk-related issues.
- Maintain accurate records of investigations and prepare basic reports for internal tracking.
- Participate in team meetings to stay updated on process changes and share observations.
- Stay informed about emerging financial crime trends and regulatory requirements through training and team knowledge sessions.
- Contribute ideas for improving workflows and automation opportunities.
- Assist in preparing data for audits and internal reviews.
Qualifications :

- Are fluent in English.
- Are a fluent Brazilian Portuguese speaker.
- Have 2 years of previous experience in a similar role
- Have an excellent knowledge of the risk and payments field.
- Possess strong decision-making and communication skills.
- Are a team player with leadership skills.
