Were looking for a proactive and hands-on Property Assistant to join our friendly team at Summerset Cranbourne North. In this full-time role youll play a key part in maintaining the high standards Summerset takes pride in helping to keep our village safe beautiful and running smoothly.
Youll work closely with the Property Manager to support a wide range of maintenance and gardening tasks across the village. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety problem-solving and the satisfaction of a job well done.
Key responsibilities include:
- Assisting with general property and garden maintenance
- Helping with building maintenance and refurbishments
- Assisting with landscaping gardening and ground care tasks
- Taking part in property inspections and reporting safety or maintenance issues
- Communicating clearly and respectfully with residents team members and contractors
This is a Monday to Friday position commencing in January 2026.
Qualifications :
Were looking for someone practical approachable and dependable with the ability to take initiative and complete a variety of tasks efficiently. This role would suit someone looking to shift into a stable role that takes pride in their work and surroundings. Someone who likes to engage with people in the village and their home and create a people-first environment.
Youll be successful in this role if you have:
- Experience in property maintenance and gardening
- Strong DIY or trade skills part trade qualified preferred
- A current drivers licence
- The ability to work independently and take pride in your work
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
