Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Associate Project Controls professional to join our team in Doha this role you will play a crucial part in supporting the successful execution of our projects by monitoring and analyzing project performance costs and schedules.
- Assist in developing and maintaining project schedules using industry-standard software
- Monitor project progress and report on key performance indicators
- Analyze project data to identify trends risks and opportunities for improvement
- Support the preparation of cost estimates and budgets for projects
- Collaborate with project managers and team members to ensure accurate and timely reporting
- Contribute to the development of project control processes and procedures
- Prepare and present clear concise reports and presentations to stakeholders
- Participate in project review meetings and provide insights on project performance
- Assist in change management processes and impact assessments
- Support the maintenance of project documentation and databases
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Engineering Construction Management or related field
- 2-4 years of experience in project controls or related field
- Proficiency in project management software such as Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project
- Strong skills in data analysis and reporting tools
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite particularly Excel
- Experience with cost control and budgeting techniques
- Familiarity with schedule management principles and practices
- Knowledge of project management principles and methodologies
- Understanding of construction processes and terminology
- Experience in construction engineering or infrastructure projects
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred
- Willingness to work on-site in Doha Qatar
