Job Summary:
The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will oversee the financial strategy and operations of the asset management company ensuring sustainable growth profitability and compliance with financial regulations. Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the organisations financial strategy ensuring alignment with business goals and market opportunities.
- Oversee budgeting forecasting and financial reporting to support informed decision-making and regulatory compliance.
- Identify and mitigate financial risks ensuring robust internal controls and adherence to industry standards.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with investors stakeholders and regulatory bodies ensuring transparency and trust.
- Monitor and optimize the financial performance of asset portfolios driving profitability and sustainable growth.
- Mentor and lead the finance team fostering a culture of accountability innovation and continuous improvement.
Qualifications :
- 1520 years experience in finance accounting or asset management with at least 7 years in a senior financial leadership role.
- Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Economics or a related field; a Masters degree (e.g. MBA) or professional certification (e.g. CFA CPA ACA) is highly desirable.
- Proven expertise in financial planning analysis and risk management within the asset management industry.
- Exceptional leadership communication and stakeholder management skills with a track record of driving financial performance.
- Strong understanding of financial regulations compliance and reporting standards in asset management.
- Ability to develop and implement financial strategies that deliver measurable results and support long-term organisational growth.
- Must be willing to relocate
