Key Responsibilities
1. Business Growth & Sales Execution
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets in the Jordan market.
- Identify new business opportunities industries and potential clients.
- Lead end-to-end sales cycles including prospecting pitching proposal development negotiation and closing.
2. Account Management
- Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with clients across sectors.
- Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts ensuring high satisfaction and retention.
- Conduct regular business reviews and identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
3. Market & Pipeline Development
- Maintain a healthy well-documented sales pipeline with accurate forecasting.
- Understand market trends competitor activities and customer needs in Jordan.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing operations delivery) to tailor solutions for the local market.
4. Client Engagement & Communication
- Deliver product/service presentations to clients and partners.
- Prepare commercial proposals quotes and structured offers.
- Handle client queries resolve issues and provide timely support.
5. Reporting & Documentation
- Provide weekly and monthly reports on pipeline performance and KPIs.
- Maintain organized CRM records and complete documentation of all client interactions.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in IT or equivalent
- Strong understanding of the Jordanian market and its business culture.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines simultaneously.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
