Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

1. Business Growth & Sales Execution

  • Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets in the Jordan market.
  • Identify new business opportunities industries and potential clients.
  • Lead end-to-end sales cycles including prospecting pitching proposal development negotiation and closing.

2. Account Management

  • Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with clients across sectors.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts ensuring high satisfaction and retention.
  • Conduct regular business reviews and identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.

3. Market & Pipeline Development

  • Maintain a healthy well-documented sales pipeline with accurate forecasting.
  • Understand market trends competitor activities and customer needs in Jordan.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing operations delivery) to tailor solutions for the local market.

4. Client Engagement & Communication

  • Deliver product/service presentations to clients and partners.
  • Prepare commercial proposals quotes and structured offers.
  • Handle client queries resolve issues and provide timely support.

5. Reporting & Documentation

  • Provide weekly and monthly reports on pipeline performance and KPIs.
  • Maintain organized CRM records and complete documentation of all client interactions.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelors degree in IT or equivalent
  • Strong understanding of the Jordanian market and its business culture.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
