Responsibilities:

  • Design build and maintain features for the Admin Center and AI-powered Admin Copilot that enhance the daily experience of account administrators.

  • Develop high-quality scalable frontend solutions using JavaScript TypeScript and React while contributing to backend services built with Java or similar technologies.

  • Integrate and optimize Large Language Model (LLM)based features enabling intelligent workflows and automation for admin tasks.

  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams Product Management Design and AI Engineering to drive customer-impacting feature development.

  • Own components end-to-end from technical design to deployment monitoring and iterative improvements ensuring reliability and performance of the platform.

Must-Have Skills and Experiences

  • 3-6 years of professional experience as a fullstack or frontend-focused software engineer.

  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript TypeScript and React.

  • Hands-on experience in backend development using Java or similar object-oriented languages.

  • Exposure to or direct experience implementing AI/ML or LLM-based features in production systems.

  • Demonstrated ability to design scalable maintainable and user-centric solutions.

  • Excellent problem-solving analytical and collaboration skills with a proactive and autonomous work style.

Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Experience with cloud platforms (Azure AWS or GCP).

  • Familiarity with prompt engineering vector databases or orchestration frameworks for AI agents.

  • Understanding of accessibility performance and security in enterprise-grade applications.

  • Experience working with internal platforms or extensibility frameworks.

Hybrid: In this role our hybrid experience is designed at the team level to give you a rich onsite experience packed with connection collaboration learning and celebration - while also giving you flexibility to work remotely for part of the week. This role must attend our local office for part of the week. The specific in-office schedule is to be determined by the hiring manager.
