Planning team sit within the Service Dept and responsible for the planning the workload of approx 300 nationwide engineers who will conduct over 250000 customer facing jobs per year.
In this role you will be responsible for:
- Key contact for 30-35 Bosch engineers (inbound & outbound calls)
- Exception management of jobs booking outside of the day capacity
- Responding to daily unplanned activities (engineer sickness van issues customer cancellations)
- Complaint handling of customer issues
- Ordering of spare parts within the agreed time

Qualifications :
Please note that to be eligible for this role you must be an undergraduate student seeking a placement year as part of your degree - if you do not meet these criteria please consider applying for other positions.

- Geographical Knowledge Useful
Our ideal candidate should have:
- Excel skills
- Customer Service skills
- Good standard of English and maths
