Job Summary
As a Sales Advisor youll be the face of Frasers delivering exceptional service and creating personalised shopping experiences that inspire customer loyalty. With a genuine passion for retail and a customer-first mindset youll help shape a luxurious and welcoming store environment while also supporting store operations when required.
- Greet and engage customers with confidence and warmth upon entry
- Offer assistance and first-contact solutions e.g. directing to click-and-collect or removing tags at exit points
- Provide styling advice and product recommendations through active listening and strong product knowledge
- Support nearby tills or departments when required ensuring smooth customer journeys
- Maintain a high standard of visual presentation and stock availability through replenishment and stockroom upkeep
- Participate in store events and activations sharing feedback and ideas for continuous improvement
- Assist in loss prevention by remaining alert and compliant with store procedures
- Adhere to health & safety standards at all times
- Maintain exceptional personal presentation and brand representation
Qualifications :
- Customer-focused with relevant experience in a retail or hospitality setting
- Confident communicator who can build relationships and trust with ease
- Passionate about delivering a luxury shopping experience
- Target-driven with a desire to achieve and exceed sales goals
- A true team player willing to support other areas of the store as needed
- Flexible reliable and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
