Join the Footwear Innovation team to explore the future of running across Trail Road and Gravel. This internship is a unique opportunity to shape long-term product and brand strategy by decoding how running practices and consumer mindsets are evolving globally.
Youll work closely with the Innovation Program Manager and cross-functional teams to:
- Analyze global consumer trends in running and outdoor sports with a focus on emerging behaviors motivations and cultural shifts
- Map the evolution of running practices across different terrains (Trail Road Gravel) and regions
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative research (interviews surveys desk research social listening) to uncover insights
- Benchmark industry innovations and identify disruptive product service or experience opportunities
- Build strategic narratives to inspire future product concepts and marketing directions
- Collaborate with internal teams (Design Product Brand Sustainability) to translate insights into actionable ideas
- Present findings through compelling storytelling visualizations and strategic frameworks

Qualifications :
With a curious analytical and creative mind with a passion for running and outdoor culture. You bring:
- Education: Strong academic background in Marketing Business Strategy or Consumer Research
- Tech Skills:Good with Microsoft Office and quick to learn new software.
- Experience: Experience or coursework in trend analysis product marketing or brand strategy
- Softskills:
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills (visual and verbal)
- Ability to work autonomously and synthesize complex information
- Bonus:
- multilingual multicultural background or international experience
- Deep interest in running culture outdoor sports and global consumer dynamics
