Job Summary
Housekeeping Attendant
You are at the heart of the hotel! As a Housekeeping Attendant you will take ownership of guest rooms ensuring that our guests are provided with a clean comfortable space and be a part of creating a memorable experience for them.
What you will be doing:
- Roles cover cleaning guestrooms and areas assisting Housekeeping team through the delivery of all hotel linen chemicals laundry and also looking after the uniform room when assigned.
- Ensure guest laundry is handled in line with Hotel policy.
- Take ownership of guests privacy and belongings while ensuring exceptional service
- Working hard and playing harder! Having fun with a diverse team.
Qualifications :
Your experience and skills include:
- Warm and caring personality; previous housekeeping experience is a plus!
- Ability to anticipate and focus attention on guest needs being professional and welcoming.
- And eye for detail and a positive attitude.
- Excellent organisational skills and time management.
