Position Overview:

Navitas Healthcare LLC is seekingPhysical Therapistfor an exciting job inClarksville TN.

Responsibilities:

Evaluate plan and provide physical therapy treatments to patients with various musculoskeletal and neurological conditions.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve patient mobility and function.
Educate patients and their families on exercises injury prevention and rehabilitation techniques.
Document patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records.
Collaborate with physicians nurses and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Adhere to safety protocols and regulatory requirements in all therapy sessions.

Qualifications:

Valid Physical Therapist license in the state of Tennessee or eligibility for licensure.
Bachelors or Masters degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
Outpatient experience preferred.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
CPR/BLS certification preferred.
