POSITION: Credit Quality Analyst/Loan Booking

FULLTIME/PARTTIME: Full time

Assignment: 11/17/2025 - 11/16/2026 (temp to hire)

LOCATION: Saint Louis MO (onsite)

SCHEDULE: 40HRS 8:30am-5pm CST

PAY RANGE: $30 hourly

About the Role

We are seeking three experienced Commercial Loan Operations Specialists to join our growing team. These positions will focus on loan documentation booking collateral management and Loan IQ system processing. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented organized and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

• 1 opening will focus on loan setup documentation review and funding.
• 2 openings will focus on loan booking collateral perfection and exception tracking.

All three roles require the same core experience with slightly different areas of emphasis.

Role Expectations

1 Role Loan Setup & Funding

• Complete customer setup in the system of record (Loan IQ).
• Review signed loan documents for accuracy and completeness.
• Verify receipt of all required documents before booking.
• Perform due diligence based on collateral and loan types.
• Process wires according to funding instructions.
• Ensure timely and accurate completion of initial loan review and funding.

2 Roles Loan Booking & Collateral Management

• Book loans into the banks system of record (Loan IQ).
• Maintain control of collateral files including set-up exception tracking and lien perfection.
• Ensure initial lien perfection and accuracy of indicative data changes.
• Perform research and confidently discuss loans with line partners.
• Deliver timely and accurate completion of loan booking and collateral management processes.

What Were Looking For

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in commercial loan operations with knowledge of loan documentation booking and collateral requirements. Strong communication organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities under deadlines are essential for success.

• May on occasion be exposed to loud sounds and distracting noise levels such as from office equipment.
