JR286 is seeking a Sales Operations Analyst I to collect analyze and interpret sales data to identify trends create forecasts and provide actionable insights that will improve sales performance. You will be responsible for developing reports and dashboards collaborating with sales and product teams and presenting data-driven recommendations to stakeholders. This role will be in Hilversum Netherlands and report directly to the Sales Operations Manager of the international team.
What Youll Do:
- Data analysis:Analyze sales data from various sources like TSO/ DOMO systems and other tools to identify market trends customer behavior and patterns.
- Reporting and visualization:Create and maintain reports dashboards and models to track sales performance and key metrics.
- Forecast & Budgets:Analyze sales forecasts vs budgets predict future sales trends identify Gaps and opportunities.
- Strategy and recommendations:Provide actionable insights and recommendations to the sales team to improve sales strategies and profitability.
- Collaboration:Work closely with sales Sales ops CS and other cross-functional teams to align strategies and improve overall business performance.
- Presentations: Assist in developing sales presentations and proposals with data-driven insights.
- Other tasks as assigned.
What You Bring:
- Technical skills:
- Proficiency in data analysis tools like Excel.
- Familiarity with business intelligence and data visualization tools such as Power Bi and DOMO are required.
- B2B System knowledge preferable Elastic.
- Analytical skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret complex data sets into actionable items.
- Passion for numbers and statistics.
- Soft skills:
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal to present findings clearly.
- Strong attention to detail organization and time management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with different teams.
- Education:
- A bachelors degree in a relevant field like business finance marketing or accounting is often a minimum requirement.
2 years of relevant experience in Sales Operations Business Analysis or a similar function.
