Job Summary
As an Associate in the International Payroll Product Team you will play a key role in the continued innovation and sustainment of the Global Payroll related suite of applications and business processes. You will be responsible for defining the evolution of the platform processes and experiences that run across the function for all current/former employees managers and HR professionals firmwide.
Job responsibilities
- Act representative for International Pay Product Team; owns the end-to-end experience for stakeholders and by partnering to understand the needs and practices of all groups who interact with the aligned product
- Collects business requirements and translate them into Product backlog
- Must be able to craft user stories for technology teams with a reference to functionalities like AI agentic workflows orchestration layers Oracle to ADP Payroll Interface Oracle HCM payroll elements integrations reporting or compensation modules
- Collect prioritize the product backlog; Partners with the different teams to impact analysis for future investments and current items and drive towards success
- Ensure the products experience including operations technology and data knows expectations and areas of opportunity by key persona
Required qualifications capabilities and skills
- 5 years of experience of payroll or product owner in a sizeable global organization
- Experience and Ability to maintain a product backlog and write user stories and epics
- End-to-end payroll understanding from Payroll processes or implementing ADP Global View
- Ability to write test scenarios test cases and partner with business users to execute/conclude testing.
- Ability to identify solutions to business problems utilizing data process and digital assets
- Proven track record of delivery; ability to drive concepts to execution
- Excellent organizational interpersonal and communication skills
- Proven ability to multitask and navigate multiple tasks running in parallel
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to represent the product to stakeholders
- Proactive accountable and detail-oriented work ethic
- Customer obsessed develops deep empathy and understanding in service of creating frictionless end-to-end experience
