Our Global Supply Chain team works across Dyson supporting our Research Design and Development (RDD) and our business Categories. Whichever part of our business youre supporting youll be playing a vital role in strategic decision making affecting the design of our machines and the growth ambitions of the business.

About the role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Supply Chain Data Analyst to join Supply chain business Operation team. You will be responsible for analysing supply chain data identifying trends creating dashboard and providing actionable insights to optimize our supply chain processes. Your work will directly contribute to improved efficiency cost reduction and decision-making across the organization.

Key responsibilities:

• Collect clean and analyze large datasets from various supply chain functions including inventory production warehousing and distribution.

• Develop and maintain dashboards and automated reports using data visualization tools (e.g. Power BI Tableau) connected to cloud databases

• Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings through data-driven analysis.

• Support capacity planning initiatives.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Planning Logistics Finance and IT to gather data and requirements.

• Monitor and troubleshoot data integrity issues across systems ensuring accurate and consistent reporting.

• Document analytics processes and support data-driven decision-making through presentations and written summaries.

About you

• You will be contributing to the delivery of the next generation of Dyson technology so you will need to be:

• Working towards a Bachelor degree in Engineering Business Analytics Supply Chain or related disciplines and in your penultimate year.

• Experience using Python for data cleaning transformation and analytics tasks.

• Proficiency with SAP systems and their integration with data analysis processes.

• Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) data tools for storing and analysing large datasets.

• Expertise in building interactive dashboards and visualizations using Power BI and/or Tableau.

• Ability to automate data pipelines and reporting workflows leveraging cloud-based and on-premises data sources.
