Job Description:
As a Founding Engineer at Bead AI you will be instrumental in developing and scaling the core audit product enabling customers to automate manual data processing. This role involves setting fault-tolerant platform foundations contributing to product roadmap and owning features end-to-end driving significant impact in an early-stage AI company.

What you will do:

Develop and scale the backbone of Bead AIs core audit product scoping building and launching key features.
Set the foundational architecture for a fault-tolerant platform capable of executing resource-intensive workflows on sensitive data.
Contribute significantly to the product roadmap balancing customer feedback with long-term product health and vision.

The ideal candidate:

Has designed built and scaled robust systems with a preference for AWS experience.
Possesses a strong drive to move quickly own problems end-to-end and iterate with limited guidance.
Comfortable working client-facing when necessary and balancing pragmatism with rigor in technical decisions.
