Pay Rate: $33/hour
Job Summary:
The Licensed Therapist provides clinical services to individuals with behavioral health needs delivering evidence-based interventions assessments and treatment planning. This role is responsible for maintaining high standards of care ensuring compliance with clinical and regulatory guidelines and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to support client stabilization and long-term success. The Licensed Therapist also participates in crisis intervention maintains accurate and timely documentation and contributes to creating a supportive therapeutic environment for all clients.
Requirements:
Masters degree in a related behavioral health field
Associate Licensed Professional (LAC LMSW LAAC) required or ability to obtain licensure within 6 months of hire
CPR/First Aid certification
Crisis de-escalation certification (e.g. Safety Care CPI)
Valid Fingerprint Clearance Card
Drug test
Annual TB test
