Job Summary
Salesforce Business Analyst
Position- Contract - Lowell Massachusetts-MA (Remote)
Position- Contract - Lowell Massachusetts-MA (Remote)
Required:
- 35 years Salesforce BA or functional consultant experience
- Experience gathering requirements conducting workshops documenting workflows
Ability to build:
- SOPs
- Process maps (Visio Lucidchart Miro)
- User stories
- Acceptance criteria
- Understanding of Salesforce objects: Leads Contacts Opportunities Cases
- Experience coordinating with technical teams (developers architects)
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to support change management training and adoption
- Analytical mindset with ability to diagnose data/process gaps
Preferred Skills
- 57 years BA experience ideally in CRM or higher-ed
- Salesforce certifications:
- Salesforce Business Analyst
- Admin (ADM-201)
- Advanced Admin (ADM-211)
- Experience in education CRM environments (TargetX Slate EDA)
- Experience defining KPIs and reporting requirements
- Experience working with Marketing Cloud or MC Connect
- Ability to build business cases and roadmap proposals
- Experience with RFP-level documentation and client presentations
Specific Skills:
- Requirements analysis
- Process mapping (Visio/Lucidchart/Miro)
- SOP development
- Acceptance criteria creation
- Salesforce object model understanding
- Change management & training support
- Data quality & workflow analysis
