German-Speaking Mobility Support Consultant (Remote in Portugal)

Introduction
We are seeking a German-speaking Mobility Support Consultant to join a fully remote team based in Portugal. You will support German-speaking customers with relocation travel and mobility-related processes ensuring smooth coordination and excellent service all from the comfort of your home in Portugal.

What the job is about
In this role you will:

Assist German-speaking customers with mobility questions including relocation steps travel coordination documentation and logistics.
Provide clear guidance resolve queries and ensure every customer receives accurate timely support.
Manage cases via phone email and ticketing systems escalating complex issues when needed.
Coordinate with internal teams such as operations HR logistics and compliance to ensure seamless handling of each case.
Track all requests document progress and follow through until resolution.
Work 100% remotely within Portugal staying connected with your multilingual team through digital tools.

Requirements
You should bring:

Fluency in German (C1) and strong English communication skills.
Excellent organisational skills problem-solving ability and customer-focused mindset.
Comfort working remotely using digital platforms and managing multiple tasks.
Previous experience in mobility relocation travel coordination logistics or customer service is an advantage but not required.
Residence in Portugal and eligibility to work remotely within the country.
