What the job is about
In this role you will:
- Manage and grow an existing portfolio of Danish-speaking customers ensuring lasting relationships and maximum satisfaction.
- Conduct outbound calls and video meetings to engage new and existing clients presenting cybersecurity solutions and adding value.
- Produce accurate sales forecasts maintain CRM records and meet ambitious KPIs tied to activity and revenue.
- Prepare quotes process orders and guide customers through product inquiries with professionalism and clarity.
- Partner with internal teams (product operations support) to deliver seamless service and capture improvement opportunities.
- Act as a trusted advisor for clients leveraging your Danish language skills and interest in tech to explain complex cybersecurity services clearly and convincingly.
Requirements
You should bring:
- Fluent Danish (C2) and strong English (B2) ability for international collaboration.
- Proven experience in sales business development or account management - ideally in technology SaaS or B2B.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a customer-centric mindset.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced environment navigating ambitious growth targets.
- Strong analytical and forecasting skills; experience using CRM systems is an advantage.
- Team-player attitude resilient adaptive to change and capable of managing multiple tasks effectively.
