Barista

Job Description :

• Prepare and serve high-quality coffee tea and other beverages according to hotel standards.
• Ensure the cleanliness and hygiene of the coffee bar and equipment at all times.
• Greet guests warmly and provide excellent customer service in line with hotel hospitality standards.
• Take orders accurately and handle billing or POS transactions.
• Maintain knowledge of beverage menus and seasonal offerings.
  
• Suggest drinks and upsell items to enhance guest experience and increase sales.
• Assist in inventory management and restocking of coffee supplies
• Comply with health safety and food handling standards.
• Support other F&B operations during peak hours as needed.
• Handle guest complaints professionally and ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Prior experience as a Barista preferably in a hotel café or hospitality setting.
• Strong communication and guest-handling skills.
• Knowledge of different brewing methods and latte art is a plus.
  
• Basic understanding of POS and billing systems.
