Experience: 7-10 years

About the role:
The Senior Manager will be responsible for the coordination and implementation of various large-scale CSR projects across diverse thematic areas including: road safety education skill development health environment waste management and community development.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
Project Planning & Execution:
Develop comprehensive project plans including detailed timelines budgets and resource allocation strategies.
Oversee end-to-end project execution ensuring strict adherence to timelines budgets and quality standards.
Coordinate with internal project teams contractors and vendors to ensure efficient resource utilization and smooth implementation.
Conduct regular field visits mobilization meetings surveys training and awareness programs at the ground level.
Stakeholder & Community Engagement:
Serve as the primary engagement point for external stakeholders including government agencies local communities non-profit organizations and internal teams.
Build strong partnerships and maintain positive relationships with local representatives (e.g. Sarpanches Pradhans Govt officials) to ensure effective program implementation.
Work closely with local communities to understand their needs and priorities fostering participation and involvement in project initiatives through effective communication and capacity building.
Establish and maintain strong partnerships with NGOs government agencies and other relevant organizations.
Monitoring Evaluation & Compliance:
Establish robust monitoring mechanisms to track project progress and measure impact.
Collect and analyze relevant data prepare detailed reports and provide regular updates to the Head Office (HO) team and senior management.
Identify areas for improvement and recommend strategic changes to enhance project effectiveness.
Ensure full compliance with all legal regulatory and internal guidelines throughout the project lifecycle.
Prepare and submit accurate and timely documentation including impact assessments and compliance reports.
Qualifications and Key Skills:
Education: Must hold a Graduate degree.
Experience: A minimum of 7 years of relevant experience with an NGO Social Sector organization or CSR department.
Communication: Good proficiency in both English and Hindi (written and verbal) is essential for effective community and stakeholder engagement.
- Skills:
Strong Stakeholder Management capabilities.
Thorough understanding of project operation and management.
Willingness to travel and be posted in project areas as required.
