We are seeking a Swedish-speaking Digital Advertising Sales Specialist to support businesses in improving their visibility strengthening their marketing strategies and achieving impactful results across Europe.

Role Overview

In this position you will collaborate with Swedish businesses and marketing agencies helping them refine their advertising campaigns through strategic guidance and data-driven insights.
You will work within a performance-oriented environment focusing on delivering measurable improvements and ensuring a high-quality customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow relationships with clients and agencies offering tailored strategies that enhance advertising performance.
  • Provide in-depth campaign consultancy to maximize return on investment and meet marketing objectives.
  • Identify opportunities to introduce additional digital marketing solutions to support business growth.
  • Achieve sales targets and maintain strong customer satisfaction.
  • Engage with clients through phone calls video meetings and email communication.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent hands-on experience.
  • Native-level Swedish (C2) and excellent command of English.
  • 1 or 2 years of experience in sales digital marketing or online advertising.
  • Good understanding of major digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads YouTube or AdSense.
  • Strong analytical communication and organizational skills.
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic and target-driven environment.
  • Interest in technology digital marketing and continuous professional development.
  • Valid work permit for Spain.
